Alright, this question is for all of the painters out there. I don't really do much in paint but I want to know which is better to use acrylic or water color paint? Which is easier for a beginning painter to use and why?

Here is a question that I have found to be asked a lot by many artists, which is better pencil or charcoal?

Me, I think that pencil works and looks better than charcoal and the reason I say this is because everytime I use charcoal it gets everywhere and when I'm done everything looks too chalk like. It's very hard to make charcoal look smooth like you can with pencil and there are also soo many different shades you can get with pencil depending on how light or how dark you want.
